Dr. Laura Sapa is a Doctor of Business Administration, anthropologist, and sociologist dedicated to advancing education, leadership, and human development. As the founder of EduLead.tech, she combines expertise in business, social sciences, and educational innovation to help students and professionals achieve academic and career success through mentorship, strategic guidance, and global learning opportunities.
Dr. Laura Sapa is a board-certified physician-scientist whose work bridges translational medicine and patient-centred design. Trained at Johns Hopkins and the Karolinska Institute, she has spent her career refining how clinical research becomes everyday care.
She advises hospitals, biotech ventures and ministries of health on programs that scale without losing intimacy. Her writing appears in The Lancet, NEJM and Nature Medicine, and her keynote talks have reached audiences in Geneva, Singapore and São Paulo.
Outside the clinic, she teaches narrative medicine, collects first-edition essays, and runs at dawn.
